(Surah 3, Al-Imran, verse 85). .... Except for those that repent (even) after that and make amends; for verily Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surah 3, Al-Imran, verses 86-89).
8) .....but if any deny faith, Allah stands not in need of any of His creatures. (Surah 3, Al-Imran, verse 97 part).
9) Be not like those who are divided amongst themselves and fall into disputations after receiving clear Signs: for them is a dreadful Chastisement. (Surah 3, Al-Imran, verse 105).
10) ....it is not Allah that hath wronged them but they wrong themselves. (Surah 3, Al-Imran, Verse 117, Part).
11) Soon shall We cast terror into the hearts of the unbelievers, for that they joined partners with Allah, for which He had sent no authority. (Surah 3, Al-Imran, Verse 151 Part).
12) Let not the unbelievers think that Our respite to them is good for themselves: We grant them respite that they may grow in their inequity: but they will have a shameful punishment. (Surah 3, Al-Imran, verse 178).
13) Let not the strutting about of the Unbelievers through the land deceive thee: little is it for enjoyment: their ultimate abode is Hell: what an evil bed (to lie on)!  (Surah 3, Al-Imran, Verses 196-197).
14) .....for Allah loveth not the arrogant, the vain glorious; (nor) those who are niggardly, enjoin niggardliness on others, hide the bounties which Allah hath bestowed on them. (Surah 4, An-Nisa, Verses 36 – 37 Part).
15) Those men (hypocrites), - Allah knows what is in their hearts; so keep clear of them but admonish them, and speak to them a word to reach their very souls. (Surah 4, An-Nisa, Verse 63).
16) Any who denieth Allah, His angels, His books, His Messengers, and the Day of Judgement, hath gone far, far astray. (Surah 4 An-Nisa Verse 136 Part).

18) ....amongst them (the Jews) We have placed enmity and hatred till the Day of Judgement.... (Surah 5 Al-Maida Verse 64 Part).
19) When it is said to them: ‘Come to what Allah hath revealed; come to the Messenger’: they say:’ enough for us are the ways we found our fathers following.’ What! Even though their fathers were void of knowledge and guidance? (Surah 5 Al-Maida Verse 104).
20) Those who reject Our signs are deaf and dumb – in the midst of darkness profound.... (Surah 6, Al-An’am, Verse 39 Part).
21) No just estimate of Allah do they make.... (Surah 6, Al-An’am, Verse 91 Part).
22) As for those who divide their religion and break up into sects, thou hast no part in them in the least: their affair is with Allah: He will in the end tell them the truth of all that they did. (Surah 6, Al-An’am, Verse 159).
23) ....We made the satans friends (only) to those without faith. (Surah 7, Al-Ar’af, Verse 27 Part).
24) Those who reject Our Signs and the meeting in the hereafter - , vain are their deeds: can they expect to be rewarded except as they have wrought? (Surah 7, Al-Ar’af, Verse 147).
25) Many are the Jins and men We have made for Hell: they have hearts wherewith they understand not, eyes wherewith they see not, and ears wherewith they hear not. (Surah 7, Al-Ar’af, Verse 179 Part).
26) Those who reject Our Signs We will lead them step by step to ruin while they know not: Respite will I grant unto them: for My scheme is strong (and unfailing). (Surah 7, Al-Ar’af, Verse 182, 183).
27) Let not their wealth nor their children dazzle thee: in reality Allah’s Wish is to punish them with these things in this life, and that their souls may perish in their (very) denial of Allah. (Surah 9, At- Tauba, Verse 55).
28) When trouble toucheth a man, he cries unto Us (in all postures) – lying down on his side, or sitting, or standing. But when We have removed his affliction, he passeth on his way as if he had never cried to Us for the affliction that touched him! Thus do the deeds of transgressors seem fair in their eyes! (Surah 10, Yunus, Verse 12).
29) Say: ‘Those who forge a lie against Allah will never prosper’. (Surah 10, Yunus, Verse 69).
30) A little enjoyment in this world! And then, to Us will be their return. Then shall We make them taste the severest chastisement for their disbelief.’ (Surah 10, Yunus, Verse 70).
31) ‘And Allah by His Words doth prove and establish the Truth, however much the sinners may hate it’! (Surah 10, Yunus, Verse 82).
32) If it had been the Lord’s Will, they would all have believed – All who are on earth! Wilt thou then compel mankind, against their will, to believe! No soul can believe, except by the Will of Allah, and He will place abomination on those who will not understand. Say, ‘Behold all that is in the heavens and on earth! But neither Signs nor Warners profit those who believe not. (Surah 10, Yunus, Verse 99-100-101).
33) Your Allah is one Allah. As to those who believe not in the Hereafter, their hearts refuse to know, and they are arrogant. (Surah 16, An-Nahl, verse 22).
34) Verily ye, (unbelievers), and the (false) gods that ye worship besides Allah, are (but) fuel for Hell! To it will ye (surely) come! If these had been gods, they would not have got there! But each one will abide therein. (Surah 21, Al-Anbiyya, verses 98-99).
35) Such is the Creation of Allah. Now show Me what is there that others besides Him have created: nay, but the Transgressors are in manifest error. (Surah 31. Luqman, verses 11).
36) The Unbelievers say, "Never to us will come the Hour": Say, "Nay! but most surely, by my Lord, it will come upon you; - by Him Who knows the unseen,- from Whom is not hidden the least little atom in the heavens or on earth: Nor is there anything less than that, or greater, but is in the Record Perspicuous: That He may reward those who believe and work deeds of righteousness: for such is Forgiveness and a Sustenance Most Generous." (Surah 34, Saba, verses 3-4)
37) Not one (of them) but rejected the messengers, but My punishment came justly and inevitably (on them). (Surah 38, Sad, verse 14).
38) Say: "O my Servants who have transgressed against their souls! Despair not of the Mercy of Allah. For Allah forgives all sins: for He is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. "Turn ye to our Lord (in repentance) and bow to His (Will), before the Penalty comes on you: after that ye shall not be helped. (Surah 39, Az-zumar, verses 53-54).
39) None can dispute about the Signs of Allah but the Unbelievers. Let not, then, their strutting about through the land deceive thee! (Surah 40, Al-Mumin, verse 4)
40) Thus was the Decree of thy Lord proved true against the Unbelievers; that truly they are Companions of the Fire! (Surah 40, Al-Mumin, verse 6).
41) What! Do those who seek after evil ways think that We shall hold them equal with those who
believe and do righteous deeds,- that equal will be their life and their death? Ill is the judgment that they make. (Surah 45, Al-Jathiyah, verse 21).
42) Allah sets forth, for an example to the Unbelievers, the wife of Noah and the wife of Lut:
they were (respectively) under two of our righteous servants, but they were false to their
(husbands), and they profited nothing before Allah on their account, but were told: "Enter ye the
Fire along with (others) that enter!" (Surah 66, Al-Tahrim, verse 10).
43) Leave alone those who take their religion to be mere play and amusement, and are deceived by the life of this world. But proclaim (to them) this (truth): that every soul delivers itself to ruin by its own acts: it will find for itself no protector or intercessor except Allah. If it offered every ransom, (or reparation), none will be accepted: such is (the end of) those who deliver themselves to ruin by their own acts: they will have for drink (only) boiling water, and for punishment, one most grievous: for they persisted in rejecting Allah. (Surah 6, Al-An’am, verse 70).
44) It was not Allah who instituted (superstitions like those of) a slit-ear she- camel, or a she-camel let loose for free pasture, or idol sacrifices for twin-births in animals, or stallion-camels freed from work: It is blasphemers who invent a lie against Allah. But most of them lack wisdom. (Surah 5, Al-Maidah, verse 103).
45) Those whom Allah (in His plan) willeth to guide,- He openeth their breast to Islam; those whom He willeth to leave straying,- He maketh their breast close and constricted, as if they had to climb up to the skies: thus doth Allah (heap) the penalty on those who refuse to believe.(Surah 6, Al-An’am, verse 125).
46) Nay! To those who believe not, their pretence seems pleasing, but they are kept back (thereby) from the path. And those whom Allah leaves to stray, no one can guide. For them is a penalty in the life of this world, but harder, truly, is the penalty of the Hereafter: and
defender have they none against Allah. (Surah 13, Al-Ra’d, verses 33 (part) and 34).
47) Allah will establish in strength those who believe, with the word that stands firm, in this world and in the Hereafter; but Allah will leave, to stray, those who do wrong: Allah doeth what He willeth. (Surah 14, Ibrahim, verse 27).
48) "Those whose efforts have been wasted in this life, while they thought that they were acquiring good by their works?"(Surah 18, Al-Kahf, verse 104).
49) Do not the Unbelievers see that the heavens and the earth were joined together (as one unit of creation), before we clove them asunder? We made from water every living thing. Will they not then believe? (Surah 21, Al-Anbiyya, verse 30).
50) Yet there is among men such a one as disputes about Allah, without Knowledge, without Guidance, and without a Book of Enlightenment,-(Surah 22, Al-Hajj, verse 8).
51) Those who love (to see) scandal published broadcast among the Believers, will have a grievous Penalty in this life and in the Hereafter: Allah knows, and ye know not. (Surah 24, Al-Nur, verse 19).
52) As to those who believe not in the Hereafter, We have made their deeds pleasing in their eyes; and so they wander about in distraction. (Surah 27, An-Naml, verse 4)
53) Do ye not see that Allah has subjected to your (use) all things in the heavens and on earth, and has made his bounties flow to you in exceeding measure, (both) seen and unseen? Yet there are among men those who dispute about Allah, without knowledge and without guidance, and without a Book to enlighten them! (Surah 31, Luqman, verse 20).
54) Say: "On the Day of Decision, no profit will it be to Unbelievers if they (then) believe! Nor will they be granted respite." (Surah 32, Al-Sajdah, verse 29).
55) They will say: "Did there not come to you your messengers with Clear Signs?" They will say, "Yes". They will reply, "Then pray (as ye like)! But the prayer of those without Faith is nothing but (futile wandering) in (mazes of) error!" (Surah 40, Al-Mu’min, verse 50).
56) For when their messengers came to them with Clear Signs, they exulted in such knowledge (and skill) as they had; but that very (Wrath) at which they were wont to scoff hemmed them in.(Surah 40, Al-Mu’min, verse 83).
 57) Say: "See ye? If (this teaching) be from Allah, and ye reject it, and a witness from among the Children of Israel testifies to its similarity (with earlier scripture), and has believed while ye are arrogant, (how unjust ye are!) truly, Allah guides not a people unjust."(Surah 46, Al-Ahqaf, verse 10).
58) Those who reject Allah, and hinder (men) from the Path of Allah, then die rejecting Allah, - Allah will not forgive them. (Surah 47, Muhammad, verse 34).
59) That is because they resisted Allah and His Messenger. And if any one resists Allah, verily Allah is severe in Punishment.(Surah 59, Al-Hashr, verse 4).
60) And be ye not like those who forgot Allah; and He made them forget their own souls! Such are the rebellious transgressors! (Surah 59, Al-Hashr, verse 19).
61) Their eyes will be cast down, - ignominy will cover them; seeing that they had been summoned aforetime to prostate in adoration, while they were in good shape, (and had refused). Then leave Me alone with such as reject this Message: by degrees shall We punish them from directions they perceive not. A (long) respite will I grant them: truly powerful is My Plan. (Surah 68, Al-Qalam, verses 43-44-45).
62) And he that will be given his Record in his left hand, will say: "Ah! Would that my Record had not been given to me! "And that I had never realised how my account (stood)!”Ah! Would that (Death) had made an end of me! "Of no profit to me has been my wealth!”My power has perished from me!"... (Surah 69, Al-Haqqah, verses 25 to 29).
63) "This was he that would not believe in Allah Most High.”And would not encourage the feeding of the indigent! (Surah 69, Al-Haqqah, verses 33-34).
64) But truly (Revelation) is a cause of sorrow for the Unbelievers. But verily it is Truth of assured certainty. (Surah 69, Al-Haqqah, verses 50-51).
65) Those who reject (Truth), among the People of the Book and among the Polytheists, will be in Hell-Fire, to dwell therein (for aye). They are the worst of creatures. (Surah 98, Al-Bayyinah, verse 6).
66) If anyone withdraws himself from the remembrance of ((Allah)) Most Gracious, We appoint for him an evil one, to be an intimate companion to him. Such (evil ones) really hinder them from the Path, but they think that they are being guided aright! (Surah 43, Al-Zukhruf, verse 36-37).
67) Those who believe not in the Signs of Allah, - Allah will not guide them, and theirs will be a grievous Penalty. (Surah 16, Al-Nahl, verse 104).
68) Allah is the Protector of those who have faith: from the depths of darkness He will lead them forth into light. Of those who reject faith the patrons are the evil ones: from light they will lead them forth into the depths of darkness. They will be companions of the fire, to dwell therein (For ever). (Surah 2, Al-Baqarah, verse 257).
69) Do the Unbelievers think that they can take My servants as protectors besides Me? Verily We have prepared Hell for the Unbelievers for (their) entertainment. (Surah 18, Al-Kahf, verse 102).
70) Those who reject Allah and hinder (men) from the Path of Allah - for them will We add Penalty to Penalty; for that they used to spread mischief. (Surah 16, An-Nahl, verse 88).
71) When it is said to them: "Follow what Allah hath revealed:" They say: "Nay! we shall follow the ways of our fathers." What! Even though their fathers were void of wisdom and guidance? (Surah 2, Al-Baqarah, verse 170).
72) Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Apostle (Peace be upon him) said, "The example of a believer is that of a fresh tender plant; from whatever direction the wind comes, it bends it, but when the wind becomes quiet, it becomes straight again. Similarly, a believer is afflicted with calamities (but he remains patient till Allah removes his difficulties.) And an impious wicked person is like a pine tree which keeps hard and straight till Allah cuts (breaks) it down when He wishes." (Sahih Bukhari: Volume 7, Book 70, Number 547: Book of Patients) (Islambase Publications).
73) Narrated Abu Huraira: A man used to eat much, but when he embraced Islam, he started eating less. That was mentioned to the Prophet (Peace be upon him) who then said, "A believer eats in one intestine (is satisfied with a little food) and a Kafir eats in seven intestines (eats much).” (Sahih Bukhari: Volume 7, Book 65, Number 309: Book of Food, Meals) (Islambase Publications).
74) Abu Huraira reported that the Messenger of Allah (may peace and blessings be upon him) observed: There are three characteristics of a hypocrite: when he spoke he told a lie, when he made promise he acted treacherously, and when he was trusted he betrayed. (Sahih Muslim, Book 1, Faith, Kitab Al-Iman, Hadees No 113, Chapter 26: Concerning The Peculiarities Of A Hypocrite http://www.mclean.faithweb.com).
75) It is narrated on the authority of Zaid b. Khalid al−Juhani: The Messenger of Allah (may peace and blessings be upon him) led the morning prayer at Hudaybiya. There were some marks of the rainfall during the night. At the conclusion of prayer he turned towards people and observed: Do you know what your Lord has said? They replied: Allah and His Messenger know best. Upon this he (the Holy Prophet) remarked: He (Allah) said: Some of My bondsmen entered the morning as My believers and some as unbelievers. He who said: We have had a rainfall due
to the Blessing and Mercy of Allah, he is My believer and a disbeliever of stars, and who said: We have had a rainfall due to the rising of such and such (star) disbelieved Me and affirmed his faith in the stars. (Sahih Muslim, Book 1, Faith, Kitab Al-Iman, Hadees No 132, Chapter 33: The Unbelief Of One Who Said: We Got Rainfall By The Movement (Of The Stars) http://www.mclean.faithweb.com).
